1) Customs Duties & other levies ?
All deliveries are F.O.R. Hyderabad Airport, India. However, all customs & import duties are to be borne by the customer at the country of import.
If there are special import procedures & additional documents required at the country of import, the customer has to inform Instrukart in advance , before the shipment. Instrukart will try to accomodate special requests for additional documentation , if any, but at its sole discretion & if any additional charges are incurred in the process , the same are borne by the importer.
2) What is Bulk?
Any item in quantity above 10 Nos. or order value above US $2,000.00 is considered bulk order.
3) Bulk Order Terms?
For orders considered as bulk orders, delivery schedule may vary & we recommend prior consultation with the Instrukart sales team for ensuring delivery lead times. We recommend that you follow the Bulk Orders section on Home Page for precise status of shipping items & delivery lead time schedules.
4) Back Order Terms?
For Back Orders, delivery lead time will be updated within 2 working days , excluding Saturday & Sunday, by return mail from Instrukart Sales Team.
All back orders will be shipped as per delivery schedule updated to buyer on receiving order. No cancellation of back-orders is accepted
5) Courier Charges?
For India, Courier charges/shipping cost are free on purchase of our products. Please note that Free Shipping is applicable only for Courier Partner’s Serviceable areas i.e. dispatched by DTDC / Shree Tirupathi Couriers. In case any PIN code non-serviceable by our Courier Partner, the shipping charges will be completely borne by the customer.
However, for deliveries outside India, the shipping cost is charged extra on product ordered. This will be on actuals which is applicable according to our courier partner rates i.e. Fedex/Standard Courier.
6) Warranty/Repair/Replacement Policy?
Instrukart warrants its products against defects in materials for a period of 1 year after the date of purchase. During this period, Instrukart will repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to the customer. The customer must send the defective product or part to Instrukart. The customer must pay for all transportation and insurance charges(To & Fro) for sending the unit to be repaired from anywhere in the world.
The above warranty is subject to the following conditions:
Customer must notify Instrukart within 15 days of discovering the defective product or part and provide a description of the defect and complete information about the manner of its discovery.
All warranty servicing of this product must be performed by Instrukart or an authorized servicing agent.
Warranty extends only to defects in materials as limited above. Warranty does not extend to any product or part that has been lost or discarded by the customer; to damage to products or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance, or use in violation of instructions furnished with the product; to units that have been altered or modified without authorization of Instrukart; to damage to products or parts thereof that have had the serial number removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible; or to any failure of the product to function caused by burglary, fire, flood, war, riot, civil commotion, Acts of God, or any other condition beyond the control of Instrukart.
